COVID-19 UPDATE

To our Valued Customers and Partners,

In an effort to help stop the spread of COVID-19, Keilhauer has directed our staff to practice social distancing and have provided all critical staff with the ability to work from home.

During this challenging period, Keilhauer remains true to our purpose of making work comfortable for all and we hope to work together and find ways to best support you and minimize the impact of COVID-19 on your current and/or upcoming design projects.
 
  • Keilhauer sales reps continue to be available by phone and email, and are practicing the recommended level of precaution within the community they operate
  • Our sampling dispatch is still in service
  • Customer Service remains available to respond to any customer inquiries by email, customer.service@keilhauer.com, or phone 1-800-724-5665
Due to health and government mandates, our manufacturing and shipping facilities are temporarily shut down. Once we are permitted to re-open our facilities, we will contact our customers to arrange new shipping dates. We understand many of our customers are unable to receive at this time, and we will ensure your orders are safe and secure until this crisis passes. Please be advised that visitors are not permitted into our facilities; as a result, our Toronto, Chicago and New York showrooms are closed to the public.

We hope to return to full operations as early as April 7, 2020, but acknowledge this date is subject to change if the spread of COVID-19 is not curtailed. We are constantly reviewing the situation and will provide updates as things change over the coming weeks.
